SmartMove requires an initial interview and registration of all applicants and a reference for each person applying for accommodation (there is not charge for registration)
SmartMove is a franchise model developed by the homeless charity ‘Crisis’. SmartMove aims is to see a modern vibrant private rented sector that is meeting the housing needs in Northern Ireland through the provision of good quality, well managed accommodation. SmartMove provides a range of services including:
· Management of all paperwork including tenancy agreement,
· Inventory,
· Rent collection,
· Maintenance issues,
· Mediation,
· Tenancy deposit saving plan and
· Tenancy support via a dedicated Tenancy Support Officer.
Landlords can also avail of information and advice on legislative and contractual requirements.
