When I joined Smartmove Housing I did not see the need to join the repairs service as I thought I could deal with the repairs myself, however I found out the hard way I could not. I went on two weeks holidays and the boiler in my property broke down and needed replaced. Tying to do this from abroad was a nightmare and I almost lost a very good tenant due to the time it took me to get it replaced and them having to wait in on workmen and them then not showing up.

After one phone call to Neil to get me registered on to his service and he had the issue sorted within 24 hours, not only that he then went to the property and inspected it for me to make sure everything was done right and that the tenant was happy.
